Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Naitsundoku: Book Tracker, a mobile app provided by Morrowshift.

Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.

App Features

Naitsundoku helps you track books, reading sessions, notes, flashcards, reminders, badges, and study progress. Some features may require an active subscription or internet connection.

Subscriptions and Ads

The trial and free plans may include ads. Paid plans remove ads and unlock features according to the active plan. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing. Google Play controls billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods.

Birth date is used to apply age-based ad treatment. When ads are shown to users from 13 to 17, Naitsundoku uses restricted, age-appropriate, non-personalized ad settings where supported.

AI Features

AI highlight tools can create draft notes or flashcards from text or images you submit. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated drafts before relying on them.

User Content

You keep ownership of the books, notes, flashcards, images, and other content you add to the app. You grant Morrowshift permission to process that content as needed to provide the app features you choose to use.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to process through the app.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent allowed by law. Naitsundoku is a productivity and study tool, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or educational certification advice.
